Please read these terms carefully before using Earnpal Solutions. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Earnpal Solutions in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms may be updated periodically and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria to use Earnpal Solutions. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Earnpal Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of being shared, compromised, or used in violation of these terms.
4. Platform Services
Earnpal Solutions provides digital services including leads generation, business visibility tools, social media growth strategies, digital skill acquisition courses, and e-commerce marketplace access. Users are expected to use these services for legitimate business and personal growth purposes.
5. Financial Transactions
All financial transactions, including payments for services, upgrades, and wallet operations, are subject to verification. Earnpal Solutions reserves the right to withhold or reverse transactions if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or disputes.
6. Partner & Growth Programme
Our growth programme is designed for users to expand their network and gain access to premium digital tools. All participation must adhere to our fair-use policy. Attempts to game the system through bots or fake accounts will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Earnpal Solutions to: (a) create multiple accounts, (b) use automated scripts or bots, (c) engage in any form of spam or unsolicited marketing, (d) post misleading or false claims about the platform, (e) attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt platform infrastructure, or (f) violate any applicable Nigerian laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Earnpal Solutions belong to Earnpal Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. User-generated content (such as profile information) remains owned by you, but you grant Earnpal Solutions a licence to display and use it in the context of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Earnpal Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if these terms are violated. You may also request deletion of your account at any time via the Contact page. Upon termination, access to platform services will be revoked.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of Earnpal Solutions shall be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law and within the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
